Hi,
Thanks for the updates. The signs and symptoms of a brain tumor varies and depends on factors such as the size, location and rate of growth. Signs and symptoms include new onset or change in pattern of headaches, headaches that gradually become more frequent and more severe, unexplained nausea or vomiting, vision problems, gradual loss of sensation or movement in an arm or a leg, difficulty with balance, speech difficulties, confusion, personality or behavior changes and even seizures. Diagnosis, however, include imaging studies, blood tests and complete neurological examiantion. It is best that you have these diagnostic tests done for proper diagnosis. Your symptoms may not be due to this and may just cause you unnecessary worries. Think positive always. Take care and hope to hear from you soon.
HI, I am fine now. But till now the doctor I had been visiting hasn't quiet been able to determine what disease I am suffering from. My eyes give lesser pain now but I often feel a vomitting sensation along with mild headache. I will be very much grateful to you if you kindly state whether my symptoms match with brain cancer patient's or not. I am very worried please reply soon. Thanks for you advice.
Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? What diagnostic tests were done in the past? Exertion headaches may occur with both active and passive actions. A neurological examination will help. Waking up with swollen and painful eyelids should also be checked by an ophthalmologist for proper management. You may also benefit from imaging studies such as CT scan or MRI. Take care and do keep us posted.
