Hi,
Metastasis to the spleen may occur  with tumors arising from the stomach, pancreas or colon. However, the spleen is said to be an unusual site of distant metastasis of solid tumors. A repeat CT  scan may be indicated to rule this out and to check on the said organs. However, if  results are still inconclusive, referral to a gastroenterologist may be warranted. Take care and regards.

Hi,
Diagnosis through imaging modalities such as ultrasonography, computed tomography, or magnetic resonance imaging are usually done. However, factors that should also be  considered include origin of primary malignancy, age of patient, mass size, bilaterality, and serum markers. Take care.
