Long story short I'm 13 my bf is 20 and he wants to have sex but I didn't want to so I gave him oral sex.... can he get in trouble for that?!?!?!

Yes, he is legally and morally too old for you.  Sexual activity with him is not a good idea and of course he wants to have sex with you.  All guys do.  Check your state laws.  You two would not be into the same things and shouldn't be.  At your age it is simply too large of an age gap.  I have a 13 year old child and while you feel grown up, please know you aren't.  Said with motherly love.  A 20 year old man is taking advantage of a young girl.  Steer clear.  And yes, he could get in trouble for pursuing a sexual relationship with you.  good luck and study hard in school!

Definitely!  You need to drop him like a hot potato because he is bad news.  If he was decent he wouldn't be pressuring you into having any kind of sex and yes oral sex is sex.  You aren't legal and he should know better.  Even if you were legal he doesn't even respect your wishes=you don't want to have sex.

Try ending it and moving on if you think he will do that=move on.  If he is one of those who doesn't take no for an answer then yes tell your mother and let her guide you from there.  I will agree with Chima that he sounds like a child sexual predator.  Dump him like now and absolutely no more sex with this guy.  If you stick around I can guarantee he will ruin your life.  There is something wrong when an adult can't seek another adult to have a sexual relationship with.  He is damaged and needs some serious help.  If he is that crazy to try to do something to you after you break things off then you should go to the authorities.  Soon as you mention that you probably won't hear from him again.  Again, seek the guidance of your mother.  That's what mothers are for.

He's clearly a child molester if he is pursuing a 13 year old at the age of 20. Who knows how many other times he has done this to other kids. Child predators are morally reprehensible and should be arrested and thrown in prison for the rest of their lives. Do you honestly want to keep dating a child molester?

I am doubting he will dare do anything to you, since you had sex which would put him in jail if you took it to the police. However that is just a guess since I don't know if he is logical enough to think this through or might be a violent person.
i hope you can find someone who can help you through this if you haven't already. Does your mother know you have been seeing him?

Run don't walk from anyone who is violent. They make their own rules when they are around someone weaker than them. Although they might hide it at first until they get you stuck living with them or maybe they wait to find some dirt on you then blackmail you.
You are better than him, and he knows it so will eventually get jealous and push you around.
