Questions about divorce

I have been wanting to leave my husband for several months now. And he is on to me that I'm seeing someone. Which I have been.
But every time I tell him I don't want to be with him anymore, he forces our love for me to love him and I don't. I love him in a caring way but not an intimate way. Hes a type of person who gets hurt very easily, and I want to know how bad of an idea would it be if I told him I had been seeing someone for  7 months?.... Yeah I know that sounds like a STUPID question. But it may be the only way for him to let me leave him. But how would that work with custody for our child. My friends have told me that, that won't matter in divorce court. Even though hes has cheated on me, I know what I am doing also is WRONG.

Don't you dare bring another child into this mess of a marriage.  You will only wind up hurting another child.  That would be selfish on both your parts.

It is easier said then done to get a divorce every time I tell him those things all of you have given me advice on. He turns into a sad puppy and yeah whether you believe it or not I do feel bad that I have and am cheating on him. We are great friends but not lovers. He has been talking to me about wanting to get me pregnant and I know he does want another child with me but its scary because of our situation and I think he also only wants to get me pregnant is he thinks I'll stay with him then. I don't know if this would be a good idea but we have thought about moving away from the town we live in and move about 100+ miles north of here. I think that may help from me seeing this other guy, but we will most likely still fight like we always have. But may be I SHOULD give it one last shot.

Would it be just as easy to leave the marriage if he was going to get custody of the child? I dunno, I think guys get took on this alot and the laws need to be changed to fit todays world. I think if your wanting a divorce, the thing that needs to be done is someone needs to file.  I do not think you can fight it anymore and I do not think the courts care who is cheating. Look up the laws in your state. I am not judging you, but I feel sorry for some of these dads that have no say in their futures anymore.

Seems like you both are cheating on each other.  Looks like this marriage was doomed from the beginning.  It's not that hard to leave if that's what you want to do.  You tell him that you care deeply about him but aren't in love any more and you want to get a divorce so that you both can move on and eventually find happiness.  You should've done that first before getting involved with someone else but it's already done.

Apparently your vows didn't mean much. Why did you marry him in the first place? Good luck...I feel bad for your husband. If there are problems in the marriage you work on them and communicate. You don't go out and cheat to make yourself feel better. Again, you said your vows but apparently didn't take them seriously.
