Why do they deny having a desease when the truth will do.
Why do they deny the truth and make up lies when theyre in love with you and care about you so badly....they can't tell you that? is it becuase theyre scared of being rejected? or is it becuase they dont want to be a burdin of some kind and are trying to live out as normal as possible? ooor they lie to get to know u so but not for you to know them as much? only for they can be comfterble enough??.... i figured out he has this desease with the things he would say just dont fit.. he ***** at lying.. and if tell him he'll deny it and get mad...i dont get it ! ! ! ?

And your last statement is if you tell him you know, he'll deny it and get mad is another red flag.
Please consider that he may not be the best canidate for having a healthy long term relationship with.
