I was going through workbook pages for my stress management class, and one of them had been all about personality types. We had to go through the page, checking off things that were relevant to us. After looking at all that I marked, it showed me as a codependent personality type. I had never really thought about it or realized it until now. Thinking about it now, I did everything for my bf and always put him before myself. I came second to him always. I know I need to work on it, but where do I even start? wow, I feel so pathetic. haha.
