Wear some latex gloves to bed and see if that dont work or put some socks on your hands. If that doesnt work see a doctor and do a background check on your boyfriend to see if he is reliable or have him videotape you so you can see it.....
You need to speak to your doctor about it. It could be "treated" as general sleep walking. But I wonder if you have anxiety of some sort and are trying to self soothe as I suggested above. Treating the anxiety would help any night time issues. good luck.

I'm not sure what the question is either. I'm sure any activity that doesn't allow for full REM sleep would leave you tired. Speak to your doctor. You also may just be rocking in your sleep which is a way that some children self calm themselves. Maybe you never outgrew it. Talk to your doctor.
Hmmm have you read up on sexomnia cuz apparently sexomnia (not sure about spelling) is a sleep disorder in which a person may become sexually agressive and/or attempt to egage in intercourse with their partner or engage in self pleasure..
