Does pneumonia cause pain in the breast tissue?

About a month ago I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Never been sick like this ever in my life. At the time I was pregnant and chalked it up to having a compromised immune system. Unfortunately, due to complications, I miscarried. I did begin to get well, but immediately following I experienced pain in my left lung and in the breast tissue. I am afraid as I'm starting think that I came down with the pneumonia the way I did because something else is going on. I've had lymph nodes swelling in different places in my neck and a myriad of other issues flooding me all at once. My main concern though is whether it is possible that the pain under my chest bone is spreading to the breast tissue. I was fine with the thought that I might be experiencing pleurisy as a result, but the pain in my  breast is cause for concern. I just want to know if it's a normal side effect of pneumonia or not.
