Hello and hope you are doing well.
Your symptoms could be due to Pneumonia, if you have persisting temperature and cough with sputum production. Your symptoms could also be due to Asthma. Cough, chest tightness and breathlessness are the triad of symptoms for Asthma. It is a disease affecting the lungs causing narrowing of the airways, usually due to an allergic reaction to triggering factors. Therapy is with bronchodilators which cause the airways to dilate. You need therapy with bronchodilators and if needed antibiotics. Please go to the ER at the earliest.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
Please see a doctor, if you can't afford it contact your local hospital and ask for advice, perhaps go to the emergency department/room. I don't know, but they may be able to refer you to a local clinic that will handle even in the absence of a means to pay.
