Lung X-ray

After the lung x-ray the doctor wrote "There is a very subtle opacity in the left apical region projected over the medial.  Inferior margin of the left clavicle. Although it may be related to adjacent bony structures ( for example calcification at the joint), there is equivocal associated architectural distortion."

What does the above mean in layman terms.  Kindly assist.
