Mom looking for anwsers...

My son, 6, as an infant began vomited regularly (several x's per day) and had some speech delays as he began to grow. He was worked up and we were told he just has a sensitivity in his gag reflex. He received Speech Therapy for 2 years and speaks well now with only minor difficulties. He continues to vomit easily, but can usually control it. When he was 4 he began suffering recurrent headaches over his forehead which lead to vomiting as well. He had a CT of the head which was negative over a year ago. All this time when ever he watches movies, is tired, does excess school work or is over stressed he develops a headache; always in the same spot and often accompany vomiting. Most recently he developed Scarlet Fever and was place on Amoxicillin for 10 days, just finished 2 days ago. He had a rash head to toe & sore joints. He had blood work and urine test; all negative. For the past several weeks he has been coughing, vomiting and having an increase in frequency of the headaches. I took him to the doctor again yesterday and he started him 2 more antibiotics for 10 more days and said he suspects a sinus infection. I really trust the doctor but I am concerned. Just last night he c/o blurry vision at distant fields. This morning he still c/o of the same and said his brain feels like it is twisting inside. I don't want to sound like an alarmist but does this sound like a brain tumor of some kind? He is always getting hurt, running into walls and bumping into tables and such. We took him 6 months ago for an eye exam and the MD said everything looks fine. I contributed all his injuries to clumsiness, but now with all these things together I am worried. He has not had any fevers or runny nose. What do you think it could be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could it be migranes? I know I suffered from migranes as a child and would often get one after eye strain.
I often vomited with them.

Im just wondering, did your doctor ever send him to a neurologist to make sure this isnt a type of seziure? I know it may sound silly but Iv heard of children with seziure disorders that caused vomiting before... so thats why I wonder. Mind you I am NOT a doctor,, just a mom who thinks all the bases need to be covered, particulary when your talking about 'headaches' that are followed by vomiting and nausea.
