I HAVE PNEUMONIA...WHY DO I HAVE PAIN IN MY RIGHT BREAST?

I went to the ER over a week ago. I had a chest xray and was told I have pneumonia. Whenever I cough I get a sharp pain in my right breast. If I lay on the right side it hurts. Has anyone had this happen? Is this normal? I'm getting worried.
