My xray result reads Fibroids, upper left lungs. What is this?

I was diagnosed of fibroids, upper left lung. What is this?

This does not make any sense. Fibroids are masses found in the uterus, an organ in the pelvis. I suspect this is a typo, either in your post or in the radiology report. Perhaps you meant fibrosis in the lung? If so, fibrosis is a condition where lung tissue becomes damaged and scarred. This can be further evaluated with high-resolution CT chest if clinically warranted.
