Understand your predicament. Tuberculosis, or TB, is an infectious bacterial disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which most commonly affects the lungs. It has an increased predilection for the apical portion of the lungs. It heals by fibrosis. And this fibrosis persists, so it visible on consequent X rays also. So, don't worry, it is an old healed lesion.
