Smoking and Sarcoidosis
Not to be annoying here, but before I ask this question I would just respectfuly ask that we don't all just answer with a statement along the lines of "just quit smoking". A statement to that effect would just be annoying itself.
OK now that we have that out of the way.
I was just diagnosed with Sarcoidosis and put on Prednisone.
I'm a hardcore smoker, but have cut down to about 3 cigarettes a day from 30+, which is quite amazing for me.
I know I'm not going to quit any time soon and I know I have to take the Prednisone.
How horrible is it to smoke while on Prednisone?
What can happen to me(other then the obvious side effects to smoking that we already know of)?
