[URGENT HELP needed] Nasal spray addiction (Nothing works??)

Hi, there please help me! As nothing is working.

I OVER used xylometazoline nasal spray 4 months instead of max 10 weeks, to breathe better, as got scabs due to nose picking and internal cuts. I now got rebound SWELLING congestion which seems permanent and doesn't allow me to breathe  normally . Very swollen nose.

I need to stop the spray / drops , antinflammatory or saline spray doesn't help. How to stop it? I can't breathe without drops.

Can Otrivine spray cause PERMANENT DAMAGE?
Could I get it after 4 months?
Cause Nothing works, even perfect antinflammatory diet, exercise and supplements.

Otrivine was like a bad addiction till now but is starting not to work anymore :(  ENTs aren't helping me


What could I do?

Oxygen machine isn't really a big help as gives some cold air and noise..
