can you help me?

I used to have sinusities and acid reflu last year. Than I used some medicines, make some diet and they seemd to gone away.
All summer was nice.

I travelled to Germany and the weather was really cold. Stayed there 4 days and came back to Turkey.

4 days after I came back I got sore throat and  tiredness took for 1 week, than it was gone.
Just the day after this illness go, started sinusitis. Very high sinus load from my nose (green) and a little fever  (fever lasted for 2 days).

After 3 weeks I still have sinus flow to my throat (not out from my nose), my sore throat comes and goes. Specialy worse in the mornings. I sometimes have headache and I also have caughing and pain in my armpits.

I will really appreciate if you answers

1) can cold or flu start after 4-5 days after getting cold.? or can this flu be because of visiting another country?
1) can this be sinusites?
2) Can sinusites start because of getting cold?
3) Can 2-3 days fever be because of sinusitis?
4) What should I do?

Thanks in advance for all your helps..

Have a nice weekend.

Dear FWK ;

Thanks a lot for your reply... This a little reliefing to hear from you because I started to think that I have another illness which is a lot worse...

I hope this is only sinusitis and goes away with proper treatment.
Because I have been nearly sick for 1 month and feel really tired.
Fever is gone but  sinus is going on also the sore throat.

Thank you again.

Have a nice weekend.

Hi rainmann,

1) yes it can happened to me, can be reason of anything changing environment is good enough reason I guess.
2) It may be, if you get it once it comes again as I read.
3) fever/cold is the beginning of sinusitis (I had same problem).
4) go to DR. (I am taking corticosteroid nasal spray) for over 2 weeks now, it helps but pressure in head is still there + phlegm.

Good Luck,
FWK
