I've read that the H1N1 (Swine Flu) virus causes a lot of body aches and pains, but if it's only in your chest, I'd be willing to bet it's pneumonia. Pneumonia always hurts deep inside.

I would just like to say, ive got this same thing at the moment, and the pain is tight and horrendous, i was given antibiotics for bronchitis, i also have tried steaming, but im very congested and cant break up the phlegm, maybe its the congestion causing this pain .. i just wish the pain would go away. Also my throat is very dry, maybe its a bad bought off flu?
