lung spots

are all spots on the lungs cancer?  can bronchitis leave scar tissue on the lungs?

Oh, yes, and there can be (benign) calcifications.

No, not all spots (do you mean nodules?) are lung cancer--they can be bacterial (toxo, coxxy), scars from upper respiratory infections--bronchitis, pneumonia, etc.  In fact, a scar can morph, in a small percentage of people, into what's called a scar carcinoma.
