sharp pain in right middle back while trying to breathe

ive been getting random chest pains and cough from time to time recently i got a sudden pain while i tried to breathe i could only take shallow breaths of air in otherwise i got a sharp pain mostly to my right middle back. i didn't have this pain while moving just when i tried to breathe. checked myself into the hospital they did a x ray and also a blood test. and gave me morphine for the pain two shot 98mg by 2  for the 6 hrs i stayed sitting on a chair, then said it was a muscle pain and gave me antibiotics incase of a infection and discharged me.
i still get some chest pains if i load pictures of my scan up can anyone look at it and give me a second opinion please. they said my ct scan is good and only a tiny calcified granuloma was found and a fatty liver
