Are these symptoms of HIV?

About 2 weeks ago me and my partner engaged in sexual activity (oral, rimming, deep kissing). About 4 days after this I stared to feel really fatigue and lethargic. For example, it would take me 4 minutes just to gather myself to get out of bed because I felt as if I would fall out if I stood up to quick. This feeling would go with me throughout the day, but it would be the worse in the morning and at night. Accompanying this fatigue is heat flashes, heavy heartbeat at times, diarrhea, headaches that would come and go. I developed a mouth sore about 1week after this encounter as well. I havent had unprotected sex since February and took my last STD in June. Is the lethargic feeling, and other symptoms a sign of herpes. is there a chance of me contracting a std through this kind sexual activity (rimming, kissing, oral).
