hi i was sitting in a bar with a girl for few hours and we were hugging and touching like her hand arms and breasts
after a while i noticed she had like scars and pimples mostly dry and dark on her arms and hand and legs too
she said she was in garden and got attaked by mosquitoes
i dont belive this
no kiss no sex nothing like this happend

in some website they say syphilis can be caught by skin to skin contact and not just lips or mucous or genitals
This is likely a skin condition on her part. You don't have any possibility of acquiring or contracting an STD, as your mouth or genitals did not touch. You're totally fine, nothing to worry about.
