Assessing risk

I am 28 white circumsized male. I am currently on business in Johannesburg South Africa and last week I picked up a black African CSW after a few too many beers. Her status is unknown. I had protected insertive vaginal intercourse and as far as I could tell there were no issues with the condom I provided. I understand my risk for HIV is relatively low from this one time encounter. However, what would my risk be in terms of other stds or stis?

No it would not, but you had no risk for a STD with those symptoms.

Since the morning after I have had some  urethra irritation, frequent urination, & lower abdominal pain. From my understanding this would be too early for any sti/std symptoms to appear. This has not gotten worse over the past week. Can I assume this is just my mind playing tricks on me? Would you advise any testing before my next sexual exposure?

Would the suphillis and herpes test be conclusive at 6 weeks? Also what is the statistical risk of contacting anything? The more I think about it the more I regret the decision I made.

If you want, see no need for anything other then the ones I mentioned

I do have a regular partner, but we do use protection regularly. This was a foolish one time mistake. Should do a full 10 panel test at 8 weeks?

No there is not really a higher risk, and unless you have a regular partner no need for testing.

Should I get tested when I return state side? Just don't want to pass anything on when I return home. I do understand there is a higher risk of infection amongst csw in South Africa.

I would not be concerned with a STD from protected sex. Low risk for herpes, HPV and syphilis.
