Burning Sensation - STD Risk Through Underwear?

I recently had an intimate encounter with a stripper in a private room.  I made her keep her underwear on and we were grinding underwear to underwear for about 10 -15 minutes.   Her underwear was not very wet, just a little moist. Also received oral with a properly used condom. At day 2 from the event, I started to feel some slight burning on the shaft of my penis, which has since been replaced by a mild but constant burning sensation at the tip of my urethra and slightly inside. I have been frequently urinating and sometimes it feels like the tip is wet even though it's actually dry. I feel it more when sitting down and it does not bother me while sleeping even if I get up to urinate. Does not hurt to urinate, but I can sometimes feel it more. This has been occurring for about a week. When having sex with my wife at day 5 I had a premature ejaculation.

I am wondering if the burning is caused by an STD such as Trich as it doesn't seem like I would have chlamydia or gonorrhea.  Are their any other bacteria that could travel through underwear? Or perhaps my urethra became irritated by all of the rubbing and resulted in an infection?  I have been guilt ridden and obsessively reading and in-tune with every sensation which probably hasn't helped. But, the feeling seems very real. How likely is it to be caused by an STD?

Sounds like irratation and some anexity. Frequent urination is common with anexity on these forums and with no drip that's constant you don't have an infection. If you are constantly checking and pulling on your penis this can also cause discomfort. Your exposure was not at risk either for an std
