Clymidya/Gonnerea testing window?

Hi I'm male and recently received unprotected oral and decided to get tested for Chlymidia and Gonnerea afterwards.

This was 7 days after the event. Is that too soon for an accurate urine analysis?

When I went to the clinic they took a swab before I peed in the cup and said there was some pus when they were looked under the microscope.

Since my test I have received my results which were negative for both clymidya and Gonnerea however I am confused as the automated message service says not all results can be given on this service so please speak to a health advisor.

Any idea what this means? The service clearly says the tests weren't negative for both. Could it be mean the test was too soon to get a correct reading?
