Do I have an STD?

Last week Saturday I made out with my current partner of 3.5 months. There was some tongue but beyond that there was nothing else. The Sunday after, a pain in my throat started. Then Monday, I noticed that my tonsils were swollen with white spots.
My breath became smelly and I had pain in my right ear.
I am not sure if my lymph nodes are swollen.
I should add that three weeks ago for four days, I had a fever of 99-101, for four days with many headaches.
The only kind of sex I had was performing oral at the end of March, with my same partner.

The swollen tonsils is persistent today. The pain when swallowing has prevented me from eating and drinking nearly everything.

Thank you. Lasting for 5 days now, I am wondering if it will ever go away on its own

I also was tested for Hiv 3 times, syphilis once and gonorrhea once just in march. They were all negative.

I also tested negative again for syphilis last week
