Does this sound like an STD

Received unprotected oral sex a little over a month ago. I haven't shown any signs of an infection until a few days ago. Around the urethra it is a little red and irritated. Around the head of the penis there is some dry scaly skin that burns on occasion. When I urinate it only burns at the tip. Finally, I feel a little pain in one of my testicles. It's nothing that doubles me over, it just aches a little

Hi none of what you mention suggest any std but more likely your causing it yourself from constant touching and pulling it open looking for things. oral is very low risk activity

Ok, thanks Dave. One last thing I forgot to mention. My urethra sticks together at the opening, but no discharge is seen.
