I don't know what STD I have. Please Help I need to end this misery
I'm a 24 year old male and had received unprotected oral sex from a girl one year ago. While she was given the oral she also gave me a little cut (bruise) on my penis head area and it had touched her vagina a little as well. Then about 5 month later I started having symptoms. One morning I woke up my mouth feeling dry, sore throat and both sides of my tongue were wavy looking and I had light green stuff in the back of my tongue and always feel like there was mucus in my throat I couldn't stop swallowing. And there was white stuff growing inside my gum as well. And sometimes I feel pain under my chin. Besides that I realize my urine was pretty cloudy at times and I saw white powder looking stuff in my pee and urine more frequently than usual. About the same time my testicles started to hurt as well. I felt pulling and squeezing pain from my right testicle at first then both sides and I realized my semen became watery and light green color. Meanwhile my bowel movements were also abnormal. During that time I found a skin colored pimple looking (about 5mm) thing right next to my anus area (hemorrhoids?) never had that before and out of no where it showed up then I had 2-3 times dripping blood when I wipe from my rectum after my bowel movements which scared me a bit but then I guess it would be normal since its hemorrhoids and after a day or two it was gone. but my bowel movements started from that day on it has never been normal. I always have very soft stools almost powder like, sometimes it's 2 colored half orange half dark brown and every time I wipe there was some blood stain on it. Then I went to my doctor and told my situation he tested me for gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV and syphilis all came back negative he also tested my urine for other infections also found nothing.( that's about 7 month after the unprotected sex) So then my doctor prescribed me with Cipro for 14 days to cure my testicle pain. I took 7 days of that and stopped. It helped me stopped the pain for a while but other symptoms were still there, then after a few days the testicle pain came back and my doctor ordered ultrasound for my testicle and found nothing abnormal just that my right epididymis was a little bigger than my left one. He says it was normal. I was very depressed and worried at the same time because the pain was there just couldn't find any problems. Then at night I experiencing numbness in arms and night sweats (only from the waist down). The numbness woke me up 2-3 times a night and sharp pain in the elbow area after the numbness. But it went away after I moved my arms around. Sometimes I experience knee soreness and pain when I did nothing for the whole day (but felt like played basketball or exercised the whole day) feeling joint pain in my toes. And it has been like this for another 3-4 month. And during those times I kept on going back to doctors for the same problems and complained about abdomen pains and he found that I have H. Pylori and I was given doxycycline with 2 other anti-biotic for that. I have major depression during those times when I experiencing symptoms. And now after a year I'm still having abdomen pain and abnormal bowel movements, little burning feelings when peeing and some clear discharge(snot like), bloating feeling dry mouth everyday since last year and I have yellow stain(discharge) from wiping after bowel movement.(a few times mucus like) I don't know what is causing all this. I really want to find out the reason because I'm literally going crazy. Also I felt so tired and weak everyday. Can't concentrate and acting slow, can't organize my thoughts well. I just want to know what is wrong with me.
could this be complications of STD? Since chlamydia and gonorrhea can be asymptomatic? It's 6 months after the exposure I started having problems like those.. symptoms like rectum bleeding, lower abdomen pain and the abnormal stools can they be proctitis caused by chlamydia or gonorrhea? And the joint pains are arthritis? The reason why I think those are related is mainly because I started urinate frequently and sometimes I feel a bit burning. And there's watery clear discharge I started noticing. Before I thought it was my sweat or urine. And I forgot to mention the most important symptoms from my last post. My semen is light green color clumpy and watery as well besides the pain from the testicles. With all this I'm really really stressed out and worried. And I can't concentrate on anything and become so depressed and introverted as well. I even feel like this STD is affecting my brain.. Doctors are not even taking me serious now because I have tested my urine for chlamydia after 7 months after exposure and also tested for syphilis. How accurate is the urine test by catching mid stream? I'm really frustrated and need help and guidelines.
