pimples in pubic hair

Hi, recently I have had small hard pimples (feels like there under the skin at first) in my pubic hair, they take about three weeks or more to go away and some of them leave scars. When I try too squeese them nothing comes out they just get more inflamed (but don't grow bigger). But in the third week of the biggest one yet, there came a tiny amount of hardened puss put. This has been going on for approximately 4-5 weeks.
Could this be herpes? And if not then what is it?

Might but never know. Best to see a Dr because they can be nothing or something.
