Is this an STI in my throat?

I had unprotected oral and vaginal intercourse with a person of questionable cleanliness. At 5 weeks, I developed a sore throat, low grade fever (99.5-100.5 F), a two distinct lesions inside my lower lip (two canker sore like lesions and multiple little bumps that were not push filled). The back of my throat is red, but there are no visible lesions or exudate. I am only coughing after meals for the most part. I had a full STI panel at that time, but everything was negative. Is this gonorrhea or syphilis or another STI that needs to be specifically orally screened for, or is this maybe strep?

Those are not symptoms of trich or syphilis as syphilis sores would be on you lips not the back of your throat.

hi, if you think you contracted gono in your throat from giving a female oral sex dont as it very difficlut to contract it that way. The back of your throat would need to come incontact with her the inside of her vagina which is not possible.
