Made a poor decision, what are my STI/STD risks?

About 9 days ago I made a poor decision to have a sexual encounter with a prostitute. She was giving me a handjob, but I was unable to maintain an erection or ejaculate, so it was pretty rough.

I decided to have intercourse, but after a very short time (probably 15-20 seconds) I changed my mind and pulled out. When I pulled out we noticed the condom had fallen off, I'm not sure if or how long I was inside her without it on.

After this she continued to give me a handjob for a while, and also fingered me anally with a surgical glove. This continued for a short while before I decided it was going to work and asked her to stop.

I immediately felt very guilty as I am in a long term monogamous relationship, and I've been beating myself up ever since. I was quite intoxicated at the time, but I remember my penis hurting immediately after due to the roughness of the handjob. The next morning, I cleaned my penis and masturbated with bodywash, which I believe irritated my meatus, I was also walking a lot that weekend which irritated it more by rubbing against my underwear.

In the week since I have convinced myself that I have all the symptoms of Chlamydia or a UTI, I've got slight redness on the edges of my meatus, which seem to get more irritated when I have an erection. I've been urinating more than normal, but I've also been drinking a lot of water and have been extremely anxious which I know can cause increased urination. My lower back is pretty tight, but I don't feel any acute pain that I would expect as a symptom from kidney infection.

If I am able to keep my mind off of things and keep busy, these symptoms all seem to go away, except for the slight redness in my meatus. My urine looks and smells fine, and the slight discomfort I was experiencing after I urinated has all but gone away.

Is there a real risk that I got some sort of STI from this encounter, or is it more likely that the symptoms I'm experiencing are more likely a combination of the rough handjob, irritation from the body wash, and my anxiety?

Thanks

Hi, theres no real risk but for your partners protection,  test for the below before being intimate with her as any risk to big for her. And since you dont know if your penis was inside with no protection youll need to test for all stds.
1. Gono and chlanydia---7 days post esposure
2. syphilis---6 weeks
3. herpes ---3 month
4. HIV since your exposure is questionable---29 days with the duo test.
Your symptoms appear more from the roughness of the act and anxiety. But is issue here is your partner not so much for you.
