Using a condom provides you protection against gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, hep B, trich.

It offers significant protection against HPV, syphilis and herpes, but not total.

A brief insertion isn't likely to transmit anything. Without symptoms, I wouldn't worry.

Handjobs are no risk.

Should u recommend me go for a test?
No, I wouldn't bother testing unless you get sores or anything.

Condoms offer enough protection that you should be fine.
I had go for a urine test the resluts come back:
LEU- neg
NIT- neg
URO-o.2mg/dl
PRO- neg
pH-
BLO-neg
SG-neg
KET-neg
BIL-neg
GLU-neg
Should this results indicate that i have no any std?
They don't indicate any infection, but the ONLY tests that can tell you that you don't have an STD are actual STD tests. Those weren't done here.

If you want to be tested for STDs, you have to ask for those. You need to go to a clinic or ask your doctor for them.

You had condom-protected sex. I don't know if you've had other encounters that you are concerned about, or why you keep getting urine tests, but I see no reason that you need to test on this encounter, or to worry.
I dont know i always feel like not comfortable at my penis area but then i didnt notice any discharge from my penis. This is my only encounter am i too worry?
You are definitely too worried.

I wonder if you aren't feeling comfortable in your genital area because you are so worried and anxious, and either feeling things that are normal that you didn't pay attention to before, or are imagining things because of your fear.

You have no signs of an infection in your urine, and no sores or anything. You really can let this go.
