Passing on an STI through genital fluids not being present

Hi there,
I had safe anal sex with someone who clearly had potentially had unsafe anal sex prior to us meeting.
As I came I was playing with his anus and then happened to touch my nipples.

As I got home my partner was on heat and we started making out before I could jump in the shower. He licked my nipples - where there possibly could have been some remains of genital fluid from the sexually activity I just engaged in.

Does this expose my partner to catching an STI? The remains of genital fluid could obviously have been wiped off on my clothing. But I’m still really paranoid!

Trying to follow.  You touched the other person's anus and then your nipples.  Then your partner licked your nipples where you touched. This is the concern, correct?  This would appear to not be a realistic risk for any std's to transfer.  Hands do not transmit std's.  I would not be worried about this.  Nor would genital fluid on clothing.
