Please help me is it could be STD

i hap a protected sex two and half year back, Right after the incident with in 15 days I had diariah, twitchings tinglings all over body and fatigue, many times headache with numbness in the backside of my head, no bumps on the penis, weakness is unbearable, I did check my herpes and HIV until 1year many times, it was all negative, I dont what it could be, Now every day I am having fatigue, weakness, and body aches is unbearable. some times vomit sensations. On the top of penis on the skin I see ashy stripes, I have clear gumy liquid passing all the times. What it could be please please please help me.
Do I have to check any type of STd now.

This is not a Dr's forum, this is a free volunteer forum and specific to STD's. Sorry but we can't give you much more help on this because it is not STD related.

Thanks for your reply, Even yesterday I was with doctor, he checked my all blood work, CBC, Kidney, Thyroid, D, etc, every thing looks normal, but all at the sudden my body pains and I get vomit sensation, some times disturbance in stomach, some times clear precum gummy liquid from my pennis, and burning sensation in the face and hands and tingling and twitching in my whole body and nurve pain in the hands. I can name it in one word, Strange symptoms, I am diabetic, my A1c is 6.5 and my blood pressure rises some times when these symptoms comes and go.
I am very much suffering, please advice is there any particular blood or nurve test that i can ask my doctor.
I request any doctor from this forum answer my question.
