Possible drug resistant chlamydia or yeast infection

I will try to shorten as much as possible, feel free to question anything not covered.
I get reproductive health through planned parenthood as I only get my yearly pap and BC. The month of Feb I was sick every week with a new virus (I have three kids). So there was only two days I was sexually active (14&15 of Feb). I have had the same partner since Oct of last year and was tested before any engagements. Well on the 17th of Feb I felt I had a yeast infection. Went to urgent care for that and what I believed was developing into a URI from my most recent virus. Urgent care said I had strep and he prescribed me a azithromycin and Diflucan for yeast (no swab). Well following Wed I was in tears when urinating from the urine touching my skin and knew I also had a uti. Went to hospital and doc said I had an std but had to wait 2 days. She gave me an iv of rocephin and prescribed me doxycycline. I took doxy as prescribed and informed partner. He got tested same day and I called two days later for results. Obviously tested negative because I was now on my 3rd antibiotic in 2 days. When I was told I was negative I stopped medications because now my doc says I need to be off them for accurate results. Partner calls and is positive for chlamydia and negative for everything else (blood work not in yet). Shows me his paperwork I take pics to show my doc. Go to doc and get the treatment for chlamydia (single dose of azithromycin) take as prescribed. No sex. Still slight discomfort. No discharge no itch or odor. No discomfort when urination. Just same irritation in the same area as before treatment. Can not see a doctor until I am off period. I have already called and will schedule when period is over.... Questions are..
1) is it possible that the antibiotics not being finished before (first dose of azithromycin for strep I never had being same drug used to treat, doxy not finished due to false negative) created a resistance to azithromycin?
2A) or I also got a yeast infection from the plethora of antibiotics in an 8 day time span?
   B) if so is it useful to get OTC monistat while on my period if it's light? I'm kinda not trusting of antibiotics now and don't want to trust Diflucan as I already took one during the first span of antibiotics prior to diagnosis.
Thanks for any advice.
Also I don't care to speculate however if you have any advice on the coincidence of me sleeping with one person and having no symptoms of STD and then I did two days after, I would appreciate it. If there's no useful information I am fine with that.
