Irritated penis

4 months ago I went on a bachelor trip in PCB, and made a huge mistake. A woman performed oral on me for a full 2 minutes and we stopped. No vaginal sex what so ever. 3.5 weeks later while at work my penis tip continued to get very irritated around the hole. That weekend tip still irritated and not urethra feels hot! No discharge no pain during urination, went to the local urgent care said it was urethritis. Prescibed me Erythromycin for a week and Mupirocin 2% fpr the irritation. Worked none so what ever, so I went get tested at week 5, neg for chlam, gono, trish, syphillus and hiv (of course) also, the urethral burn is gone from the antibiotics. I go back a week after testing he prescribes me 1 week of doxy. Didnt work so I went to the urologists, urine sample taken and penis seemed fine. Said probably just irritation. But prescibed me 2 weeks of doxy bc I told them it helped the first time, and also Clotrimazole and Betameth cream. Now it is all gone and Im stuck w an irritated  urethral hole/tip, the hole is now SLIGHTLY puffy and pink. What should be my next move, I cannot handle much more.

So from the tests we know the STIs are not an issue here. Anxiety could be the root cause, as could something called CPPS.

Im thinking yeast infection now, but still scared. Had like a brush burn like rash that then 2 days later kind of peeled with white stuff under lip of penis head. The spot was not raised and is shiny where it sort of peeled after a hot shower.
Peeling skin is often a sign of a fungal infection, like yeast. It's very common to get a yeast infection after taking antibiotics.

Urethritis can be caused by so many different things - even if the woman who gave you oral had a cold or strep, that can be transmitted to your urethra. The antibiotics helped that, but in turn, might have given you the yeast, if that's what it is.

The cream is all gone? You should follow up with your doc. You might need a different treatment for it, but check with your doctor. There are oral treatments for yeast that work really well.
No I actually have some left. Im thinking I may need oral treatment and cream at this point. Thanks for the input! Been lookikg on here for answers for months.
Talk to your doctor, but typically, it's cream OR oral, not both. You don't want to go overboard and cause other issues. A good probiotic taken along with it should help, too.
Checked in showed him myself and a pic of what I saw. He prescribed me diflucan 150mg and nystatin ointment.
Perfect. Everyone is different, but diflucan is the only thing that works on yeast infections for me.

I hope you get relief soon. :)
So, been almost a month since the diflucan and about to stop the nystatin. Still have urritation, any clue what it can be? Same symptom, nothing new popped up. Just irritated tip still.
I don't know. Have you seen your doctor? You really need to.
