Red blood cells and bacteria in urine?

Hi,

I had an encounter with a woman some weeks ago and have been dealing with anxiety since, primarily focused on herpes2.

In a largely unrelated issue, I also had my general annual physical and blood work. I just got the test results back today in email and I can talk to doctor tomorrow.

The note said all was normal except slight elevation of RBC in urine. I also noticed "trace" written by protein and bacteria.

Is this indicative of any STDs?

In my sexual episode, I had no oral sex either way and no intercourse. I don't even think my genitals touched hers. It was mostly her giving me a hand job briefly, me fingering her for more time, and her grinding her wet vagina on my thigh.

I had never considered the possibility of a bacterial STD as a result of what we did/didn't do.

Thoughts??

Thanks Vance.

I have been told that and don't mind hearing it again. I appreciate your comment.

Having RBCs show up in the urine was completely unexpected. It really threw me today.

The CDC talks about rectal chlamydia through indirect contact but that seems so unlikely...
