STD / HIV Risk?

About 8 weeks ago or so I had protected / condom oral being performed on me for around a minute tops, hand held at base and no lip to skin contact that I am aware of and with a new condom performed frottage or rubbed tip against vagina area without penetration.

Did a 4th gen finger prick at 6 or 7 weeks and was negative and so far herpes and chlymidia is neg.

Can I consider that conclusive?

Did i have a risk to begin with or am i just google searching to much

Thanks!

sounds crazy as I type it but need to see a answer to my question not someone elses
