STD- Warts - Anxiety

7 Weeks ago received unprotected oral from sex worker, protected intercourse. 3 days later rim of penis head was a little swollen and a day later penis head has spotty red rash. After 6 weeks on creams gave up due to no change. Worried about warts now as I found 2 small skin tags or warts after week 5, not sure if these are normal or and I just looking for something everyday. One on upper thigh and on near start ofbutt cheek. Got full panel tested after 10 days, all negative. Can't sleep looking at every bump in groin area, and red penis glan. I have pictures to upload.

Hi, most topical skin irritations are fungal related and can happen from oral sex as causes a change in the skins PH. Basicly a yeast infection. If its has not cleared up by now you need to see your doctor for evaluation and also have the doc take a look at the bumps but from the location dont seem like HPV or even herpes as would be more on the shaft or pubic mount area.
