StD test negative but std symptoms

So I've been having female problems for over two years now. All this started when I got with the new partner. After sex one day I started itching and burning and every time after that when we had sex I would have the same symptoms. Even without having sex the symptoms were milder but would never go away. I have had multiple STD tests but all are negative. I have even had a DNA test for HPV and it was negative. HIV hepatitis syphilis gonorrhea chlamydia HSV2 all negative. Now my symptoms include itchy irritated vulve  with a discharge on a daily basis. They discharge has a sour smell like infection. I do not have a yeast infection I do not have bacterial vaginosis as a matter of fact when you look at my secretions under a microscope everything looks perfectly normal. But I know whatever this is is a direct cause of sleeping with my ex. whatever is going on with my body is causing low-grade dysplasia or vin1. I'm going back March 22 for my second surgery to remove the abnormal cells. I guess my question is does anybody know what this is? Has anybody else dealt with the same thing? Could this be micro plasma genitalium or urethra plasma?  I have an appointment set up for those two tests if they are negative I won't know what else to do. There is got to be an explanation for what my body is going through right now. The symptoms are real this is not all in my head I can pinpoint exactly when they started. Please help

Hi, Cronic BV can occur due to the peroxide producing glan stops and does allow Gardnerella vaginalis and Mycoplasma hominis to over grow. The discharge should have a gray hue and fishey smell. This may have started out with a new partner whose genital flora set things in motion. Cronic BV is not well understood so do follow up with your doc about this. Taking antibiotics and cure it but could also cause another type of yest infection. Its like a revolving door but can be successfully treated.
You might post this in the womens health group also.
