This is driving me crazy, any ideas?

So it's been 4 weeks since my unprotected oral sex with a woman.
There was some dry humping and I got a friction burn type injury on my penis, this healed within a couple of days.
Since then I've had this burning/tingling sensation on my penis (under foreskin)
There has been no pain during urination or ejaculation.
There has been no discharge of any kind either or sores or anything else, just the burning/tingling.
Can any std cause this without obvious symptoms for this long?
I've just clitrizamole cream and hydrocortisone cream but nothing seems to help.
Has anyone else had this?is it anxiety,I can definitely feel something there, though it gets better after a shower, can a fungal/bacterial infection be that stubborn?
Any feedback would be much appreciated.
