Urethra

Since mid last year I have had redness around the head of my urethra. I have had a swab in my penis to check for any std's which showed up negative. since the test I have still had the redness and also noticed that there is redness on the inside of my urethra but only on the left side. The redness both inside and on the head seem to have a far more dark red to it during masterbation, showering or when I wake up, otherwise it usually appears quite normal.

no std is going to cause redness for this long. whatever is going on, isn't std related.

does this itch or have pain associated with it?
