Worried about possible exposure to STDs

I am a gay male who on July 20th, 2016 made a foolish mistake and had unprotected sex with a guy I met online.  In addition to kissing, I performed oral on him and he topped me starting out with a condom, but then he took the condom off half way through.  He did not ejaculate inside me, but did cum on my butt and anal opening.  He swears to me that he is negative and on Prep.  He also showed me his negative HIV result from 2/17/2016. Since the encounter I have been having strange symptoms that have me very worried and frightened.

A few days later I started having pain in my jaw area/lymph nodes
A week to 10 days later I was still experiencing the same in jaw area, underarms, and groin area.
On day 12 I went to the clinic and got tested.  The results were:
Gonorrhea & Chlamydia negative, Syphilis CLIA negative, HIV Rapid finger stick negative, HIV-1 NAAT Not Detected.
I have not had any fever that I know of (I was checking often), nor a rash, night sweats, diarrhea, fatigue etc.  However I have not felt myself.  I have been having weird sensations like my lymph nodes are bothering me.  I also had a sore throat that lasted just one day 3 weeks post exposure and also a mouth sore that lasted one day as well.  I was also having slight headaches often.  Also, I have also began to get pain in the back of the left side of my head and it feels larger/swollen than the right side. This pain comes and goes through out the day. It's hard to explain.  When I take a deep breathe I can feel it.  I also wake up with it.  Are there lymph nodes in the back of the head?  Could that be what I am feeling? Also on the left side of my neck right under my left ear is tender and feels like a slight lump which I am thinking is a swollen lymph node. I do not feel the same thing on the right side under my ear.  I am worried and scared that I may have caught something.

After I was tested at 12 days with the above mentioned results, I was tested again:
Day 12 - Gonorrhea & Chlamydia negative, Syphilis CLIA negative, HIV Rapid finger stick negative, HIV-1 NAAT Not Detected.
Day 26 -  INSTI Rapid HIV Test negative
Week 5 - 4th Generation HIV AG/AB Test negative, Syphilis RPR (DX) negative
Week 6 - Clearview COMPLETE HIV 1/2 Rapid Test negative

It is now September 6th and tomorrow will be 7 weeks and I am still having these left side head pains and the swollen lump/node under my left ear.  I also have pain sometimes around my jaw line.  Do you think I could possibly have an STD?  Should I go get a full panel of tests again and when?  8th week maybe?  And, is there other stuff that I should test for besides Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis and HIV?
