Syphilis test diagnostic window with doxycilin and cefpodoxime

Hello Can an antibiotic affect a Tpha test or Clia test?
There was a high-risk contact with a prostitute.
21 days later, I took Doxycilin 100 two times a day,for 10 days.
Because of other symptoms, I had a syphilis clia test done 48 days after the risk contact. Negativ.
56 days after risk contact, I did a Tpha test with a urologist, which was also negative.
A swab from the urethra detected bacteria, which is why I was given cefpodoxime 200 mg twice a day for 5 days on day 60 after contact.
Now my lymph nodes are swollen and I am losing my head, beard and chest hair. These are very easy to pull out in some places, which I have never seen before. That's why I did another syphilis clia test on the 67th day, i.e. in the 10th week. He was negative again.
12 weeks after the sexual contact (2.5 weeks after the last antibiotic) I did another Clia screening test. He was also negative.
I am very worried and wonder when I will be able to rule out syphilis 100 percent, despite the symptoms.
Is it possible that the antibiotic therapies may have affected the syphilis tests and that they are therefore false negatives?

What was your high risk contact?

Doxy and other antibiotics do not interfere with antibody tests, like syphilis tests. Your results are conclusive.

Hair loss is a side effect of cefpodoxime and of stress, of course.

Your symptoms that you are seeing - what are they? Is it just swollen glands? Do you have a sore? If you don't have a sore, you don't have symptoms of syphilis. You've had 3 syphilis tests. You don't have it.

What bacteria did they find on the swab?

The doctor said after the swab that it was inconsequential bacteria. I forgot the name. I think streptococcus or something like that.

My high-risk contact was with a prostitute. The condom broke-vaginal . A few days later I had red dots on my glans. These are gone with a mushroom cream within 2 weeks.I had redness on the back of my hand and foot. However, these could only be seen for a short time. The redness came and was gone after an hour, for example. 2 weeks after sexual contact, I had chills one night and I felt bad. I had problems with the mucous membrane of the mouth and had a tingling sensation around my mouth like a herpes. However, there was no oral contact with the woman. HIV test was negative after more than 9 weeks

Since yesterday, I sweat a lot at night and have the feeling that my body is fighting against something. I have slight pain in the kidney area. I lose hair on my head, beard, chest and eyebrows Started when I took cefpodoxime.
I don't have a sore, I got 3 red pimples next to each other on my leg.Two of them are almost gone. There are no open wounds. Lymph nodes on the neck are still swollen

Thank you very much for your time and quick response
Has your doctor diagnosed the swollen glands? We are all terrible at determining that ourselves.

If you are still feeling badly, see your doctor again, but this isn't an STI issue. It seems like you've been tested for everything, at the correct time, and it's negative.

I'm sure a broken condom with a sex worker is scary, but you can move on knowing you didn't get anything. Remember that sex workers use condoms to protect themselves from clients, not the other way around. They have to protect themselves and their livelihoods from you.

Sweating is also a sign of stress. Work with your doctor to make sure nothing physical is going on, and a counselor to work through any stress/anxiety.
