Yellowish semen

I was treated 4 days ago for non-specific urethritis (I was treated with doxycycliene 100 mg 2x day).  I abstained from masterbating for the first 4 days of treatment, and this morning when I masterbated, most of my semen looked normal, but about 1/3 of it was yellowish and looked like snot.  There was no pain, and I am assuming it is because I didnt ejaculate after diagnosis and since this is the first time, that was part of the infected stuff leaving my body.  Is this correct or do I need to go back to the doctor?

Your seman color can change for many different reasons and most likely has nothing to do with a treated infection. I would not worry about it.
