penile discharge and pain while urinating

Hello ,

I have been to an asian massage parlour and had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal intercourse  two n half months back. Soon after that I have noticed a pus formed on penis and from last 10days it got increased and I am having pain while urinating and my penis got swollen. I have a 10panel std test scheduled for next week. My question is if i am tested positive with chlamyidia and gonorrhea , Is two n half months too late to start the treatment and will I be cured by the treatment. Thank you!

It's not too late for the treatment.  The odds that you got either chlamydia or gonorrhea from this exposure are slim to begin with, so I would be surprised if you tested positive for either of them.

Thanks doc.. I have given the tests today.. waiting for the results.. My concern is about the pus I am getting from penis and the swollen penis..its frequent and disturbing.. Can you let me know the normal time frame for treating chlamydia or gonorrhea ..
Most cases of chlamydia or gonorrhea appear within a week or so after exposure, so it would be really odd for symptoms to pop up two months later.  The normal time frame for treatment would be closer to the time of exposure because that's when people would notice symptoms, but that doesn't mean that you can't get treated now.  If the test comes back positive for either chlamydia or gonorrhea, you should be able to receive treatment without any problems.
My test results came back and i was tested positive for hsv1. Given the symptoms , i think i got genital herpes.. I am visiting doctor next week. Any suggestion on how to handle hsv1 genital herpes
HSV1 is oral herpes, not genital herpes.  It's incredibly common - most adults have the oral herpes virus already.  It's very easily spread from one person to another through kissing.  If you've ever had a cold sore on your lip, then you have HSV1.  It's very common, and not really worth worrying over.

Genital herpes is HSV2, but that isn't what you tested positive for.  Do you still discharge and pus coming from your penis?
I'll also add that, from the outside, it looks like you're trying to convince yourself that your probably caught an STD from this massage parlor, even though all the evidence points to the contrary.  This is pretty common when men feel guilty about having sex with a sex worker.   Remember that most people don't have STD's, most professional sex workers generally know how to safeguard their health, and all the evidence indicates that you did NOT catch an STD from this encounter.  My suggestion is that you work on forgiving yourself for having had the encounter and accept that you have NOT caught an STD.
