std from happy ending massage

Hi Doc, I have been to a asian massage not far from home where I was offered a happy ending by the massacrer. (for those who have not tried it, it's an awful experience, guaranteed I wont do that again)This was done with her naked, where I touched her breast and her private part with my fingers, while she was conducted happy ending for me. It's now been 5 days and I've been really worried about catching std/hiv so I used surgical alcohol to clean my gentile area on a daily basis. she also kissed my chest. Given that our private parts have not had direct contact, I am wondering the potential risk of contracting std/hiv and other bugs. Because I am now experiencing itchiness and a minor "heat" sensation when I go to bathroom, do you think that's something to do with the allergic of massage oil/ surgical alcohol that I wiped myself with? Also, I would like to know how long does STD virus survival out of body/in fluid because I am wondering whether I should simply throw away/burn the clothes I went there with.

Maybe you guys are right, but looking at those horrific photos on google image leads to this "vomiting urge", so I tried to gather all early symptoms of std and compare them one by one. This eventually yields extreme anxiety and made me suspecting everything on my penis might have something to do with std (ie. that tiny red spot on the edge of my tip, various tiny spots on the glans). Seriously need HELP because I simply can't stop myself searching all over the net. It's been exactly one week,, and I've not slept nor function normally...

This exact thing just happened to me yesterday. I am doing everything exactly the same as you and I'm freaking out . I regret it so much.     Any updates 8 years later??
If you got a happy ending massage with fingers, and nothing else happened, you are at no risk for anything. No need to freak out at all. If you have questions about it, you should create your own question so we can address specific details of your encounter.

If you are on a phone, at the bottom of this page, you'll see a button for "Ask a Question". Just tap that and fill it out. If you are on a computer, at the top right of this page, you should see a white box with red lettering, "Ask a Question". Click that.  You can also click/tap this - https://www.medhelp.org/posts/new_with_new_subject?forum_id=98

your anxiety about this is probably the biggest problem.

call off the crotch watch - limit yourself to looking at your penis once a day only except for to make sure you are aiming properly when you use the toilet. sounds like you are taking notice to things that you wouldn't have normally and allowing them to add to your anxiety too.

have you talked to your doctor yet about your anxiety from this to seek out additional help?

Hi Vance,

I've been checking out the underneath area of my glans and noticed various tiny tiny white dots (diameter wise <1mm) on the line between the tip and the foreskin. They are along that long and do NOT form as a group. Do you think this is wart or just allergic reaction because I used alcohol  to wipe my penis earlier?

I guess this can be traced back to the lack of knowledge of STD because I thought touching the private part of the massacrer can also lead to STD infection. In combination with the itchiness of my penis and burning sensation these days...really makes me a bit suicidal.

No it does not. STD's have a name for a reason...have to have sex (oral, vaginal or anal).

I know where your coming from with the anxiety. Please seek help for it...I am.

You are right, I do have anxiety...i'm also a clean freak so i found those massage parlour very dirty. not to mention i wore an underwear that was dropped on the floor..and to make life more exciting, there appears to be a "wet tissue" next to where it dropped. Although I noticed that piece of tissue when I got into the room, I duno whether std transmit that way...like after maybe 10+ minutes or so.

Yes psychological. It can be a psychatrist or a concelor or a thrapist, but it's clear that you have anxiety and I am sure it has affect other parts of your life.

Thanks again Vance, is there like a safe period (ie. once up to certain number of days..if nothing happens, then I'm fine?). Also, do you have any idea how long std virus/bacteria can stay alive in air/fluid? because i am really anxious to a certain point where I just want to throw away the shoes that I wore etc. etc. seriously, this has been one of the worst experience ive ever had so far.

Nothing to advise...you need to read and believe what I wrote. I would also encourage you to see a therapist to help with your anxiety and other thoughts.

Thank Vance, I hope you are right. It's been 5 days and it's a horrible experience for me. Do you think I should go get tested? If it's irritation...it should go away by itself, right?

Not an infection probably irritation from that or other things.

thanks again vance, in that case do you think it's possible for me to get infection from the oil? because as I've previously described in my post, I've got this tingling + burning sensation on my penis and the urge to pee.

A lot less then 20 mins.

Hey Vance2335, thanks for your opinion. Because I am feeling some kind of burning sensation which I am suspecting either it's an oil allergy or STD. So you mean even if the std is presented in fluid, it cannot survive out of body for long..like 20 minutes or more?

No matter what you say or add to the story you did not have a risk.

p.s. the massacre wore my underware for me and accidentally dropped it, so I'm also wonder how long std can survive in fluid cause I saw a tissue on the floor that looks like its wet

maybe the whole itching and stinning thing is entirely psychological you mean?
