Please help me find answers.

I had a encounter with a massage therapist a few weeks ago. To explain the encounter further, we engaged in dry humping without clothes; in the heat of the moment, I almost penetrated, but it was at the surface, perhaps just the tip of my exposed head inside her vagina (NOT all the way in). I attempted to penetrate twice, but the effort was futile, as I was too girthy for her, and we decided not to engage in sex. We performed deep kissing and fooling around. Fast forward to last weekend, I had a severe sore throat and inflamed tonsils, with visible white streaks; I had fatigue and loss of appetite; the fatigue lasted for 24 hours before I felt better. I had Amoxicillin and Tylenol, which helped with the throat (no visible white marks and the soreness is almost gone); however, at the same time, I cut a red bump on my chin shaving, which led to multiple lesions on my face. I am not sure if the 2 are related. The lesions are red and raised. One of them formed into a scab. I am applying mupirocin and washing my face with antibacterial soap. I am anxious if these issues are STI-related or something bigger. Please help.

So, in telling your story, You say that you did not penetrate. A red spot on your chin and face is not related to an STD from your naked dry humping encounter. It doesn't sound like you have any other symptoms so would not think there is anything to worry about naked dry humping.

Thank you GuitarRox. Attempted penetration and rubbing, but NO complete penetration. The red spot on the chin now almost looks like an injury/ulcer. There are few other red spots, but there is no more spread. It's likely shaving trauma. No other symptom, expect the lesions on the face. My concern is HSV or Syphilis.
A spot on your chin and other red spots aren't related to a body to body massage. That's not how it works. You don't have a penis involved in contact and get a spot on your chin.
