STD from receiving unprotected oral sex?

I am a male and recently received unprotected oral sex two weeks ago. The woman claimed to not have any STDs, and had no visible signs of infection.  I had tremendous anxiety over this encounter, so 3 days later went for testing.  Both my urine and blood tests came back completely negative for all STDs, and my doctor told me I have nothing to worry about.  However, I have had a few symptoms which are giving me anxiety, namely: slight sensitivity/burning on head of penis, frequent urination, occasional cloudy/white discharge in urine (may be semen?), and a sore throat which i believe is unrelated.  I have no visible signs of an STD (sores, lesions, rash etc) but am extremely paranoid about the symptoms described above.  Is testing 3 days after too soon for reliable results?  What STDs does it sound like I am at risk for/may be experiencing, or is this simply my own anxiety getting the best of me??

i think the discharge was a false alarm - have not had any since the last occurance.  i went to another doctor today (12 days after exposure) and re-tested. He did a physical exam and found no visible symptoms, no fever etc, thinks i am being paranoid.  He said aside from herpes, gonorrhea and clamydia are my greatest risks, and both would have shown up in my last test 72 hours after exposure.  I am still having some buring/sensitivity in my penis (especially when peeing), and today had a little itching on my scrotum and anus (but no sores or rash).  does this sound like anything to be concerned about?  The girl who gave me oral had a cough/sore throat which has me freaked out about oral stds (claims she was just sick ).  Any insight is appreciated.

the only thing that worries me is the discharge. You may want to retest 1 week post exposure. Talk to your doctor about NGU too. I think a lot of this is anxiety because STDs via oral sex is uncommon. Retest and test for NGU too, since you took your tests too soon to be conclusive.

Best of Luck,
