Hello I really needs someone help. I've been seeing lately a rash on my inner Arms. And there are circles that come on my body that itch then scab and peel.. Small circles that have came on penis by my pubic hair goin up the penis that dosent hurt then peel and go away. An I have a clear discharge from my penis when I'm excited by a female. I don't feel sick or anything. Can you please tell me what this is. I need help scared to death!!!
